Please read these terms carefully before placing an order or booking an experience.
By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions you are confirming that you, or the intended recipient of the product, are over 18 years old.
The prices payable for the products that you order are clearly set out on the website. If by mistake we have under-priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item concerned. All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated. The price of the items does not include the delivery charge which will be charged at the rates applicable on the date you place your order.
The delivery rates will be displayed in the shopping cart. Further information can be found on our Deliveries & Returns page.
There is no minimum order for ordering.
If for any reason beyond our control we are unable to supply a particular product or experience, we will notify you as soon as possible.
We deliver only to addresses in mainland UK (England, Wales, Scotland) and Northern Ireland. For the avoidance of doubt, we do not deliver to the Republic of Ireland or the Channel Islands. Our couriers do not deliver to PO Box numbers.
We will not sell to anyone who is not 18 years of age or over, as the law requires.
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are buying a product as a gift, the recipient must also be over 18 years old.
If you are buying a gin or rum experience or voucher for such an experience, all attendees must be over 18 years of age. There is strictly no admittance to those under 18. We do not accept spectators at our experiences — all attendees must have booked a space prior to the booking date. We reserve the right to refuse admission if our staff believe an attendee may be intoxicated.
Non-bespoke/personalised goods: You may cancel your order at any time until 14 days after the goods are received for a full refund including standard delivery costs. If you have ordered next day or special delivery, you will be refunded the cost of standard delivery only.
Bespoke/personalised goods: We cannot refund any orders. If products are broken in transit or are faulty, we will offer to replace them after assessing the issue. For bespoke/personalised products we do not class flavour as an aspect that could be considered faulty, nor do we accept claims for design, artwork, or print quality being faulty.
Gin/Rum Experiences:
We reserve the right to cancel any session due to severe adverse weather, damage or closure of the premises, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If you wish to cancel an order or experience, you must notify us in writing via email to info@devondistillery.com. Unless you have received a written acknowledgement from us confirming receipt of your cancellation request, you cannot consider it delivered.
We will provide a full refund or replacement of any products that are faulty. We must be notified of damaged or faulty products within 3 working days of receipt. We may require the faulty products to be returned to us and will arrange this as necessary.
Upon receipt of your order, please carefully inspect it to ensure it is intact and in full. The courier must be informed of any breakages or shortages at the time of delivery. We will not accept any claims for breakages or shortages unless they are stated on the courier's documentation. We must have confirmation of any breakages or shortages within 3 working days of delivery.
You can pay for products and experiences purchased from our website by Credit or Debit card via Stripe, or by PayPal. Payment in full will be taken at the time of order.
We endeavour to advertise our products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all information provided on our website about products, including photographs, images, and descriptions.
Devon Distillery Ltd retains ownership of all Intellectual Property including, but not limited to, any recipes developed on the premises or under the licences of Devon Distillery Ltd.
Whilst there is disabled access to our gin school at the South Devon Food Hub near Totnes, we need to be notified of any disabled attendees in advance as alternative equipment may need to be arranged.
Your use of this website and any purchase made on this website will be governed by English Law and will be deemed to have occurred in the United Kingdom.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website and may have limited quantities. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control. Such tools are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion.
