Our mobile still and our distillery at Longcombe offer two routes to the same end — a spirit no one else can serve.
The Club Distillation
The centrepiece of the members club experience is a live distillation event at your venue. Ginny — our 1973 VW mobile still — arrives, the copper gleams, and your members gather to take part in creating their own batch of gin.
The session typically runs for half a day and is as social as it is sensory. Members choose botanicals, blend their recipe, and watch the spirit come off the still. It's part masterclass, part theatre, and entirely unlike anything else you can put in a members calendar.
The resulting batch is bottled under your club's own label — and available exclusively in your bar or as a members' allocation to take home.
Private Label & Seasonal Releases
For clubs that want a year-round programme, we offer seasonal distillation releases — a new batch each quarter, each with slightly different botanicals reflecting the season. Autumn might bring warming spice and hedgerow fruits; spring, fresh florals and bright citrus.
Each release is labelled with the season and batch number, creating a natural collector's arc for engaged members. Some clubs run a ballot for each release; others offer a standing allocation as part of an enhanced membership tier.
Your gin lives exclusively in your bar and in members' homes. It is never sold elsewhere and is never available to the public. That is the point.
Label & Brand Identity
The bottle carries your club's identity — your crest, your colours, your story. Whether your design ethos is traditional and heraldic or contemporary and minimal, our label designers will produce a label worthy of the spirit inside.
