42% ABV · English Grape-Marc Spirit
Our award-winning version of grappa, made from the finest grape skins sourced from English vineyards such as Sharpham, Bolney, Three Choirs, and Biddenden. The pomace is upcycled after the winemaking process as we carefully distil only the best alcohol using a custom-built Italian copper still.
The first vintage of Dappa was made in October 2013. An elegant and extremely well balanced aperitivo — a welcome alternative to an over-sweetened liqueur. Perfect in a cocktail, over ice cream, or served chilled.
Prices include VAT. Flat-rate courier delivery £9 per order.
40% ABV · Aged Marc Spirit
A luxurious after-dinner spirit, hand-crafted in beautiful South Devon, aged for a minimum of 12 months. Dark Fire is our award-winning Marc, with careful selections of the original Dappa aged in a Pedro Ximenez sherry barrel.
The earthy, fiery spirit is tempered with cherry, berries, and apricot tones, with a real sweetness that develops alongside a smokiness that lingers on the palate. Dark Fire received a Great Taste Star at the 2020 Awards.
Prices include VAT. Flat-rate courier delivery £9 per order.
30% ABV · Lemon Liqueur
Devon's answer to Limoncello. Distilled by hand in Devon using an authentic copper still, made with triple-distilled Dappa spirit. The Dappa spirit is then steeped in organic lemons and sweetened with a little sugar and some Devonian spring water.
Using Dappa as the traditional base, we developed Devon Cello — a fresh, vibrant and unmistakably Devon take on the Italian classic. Launched at The Shops at Dartington on Good Friday 2018.
