Our expert distiller uses his own experience and guidance (and inspiration) from an award-winning Italian distiller. Only carefully selected grape skins from English vineyards are used to make our glorious Grappa-variant, the first spirit of its kind to be made in the UK and the recipient of a number of national awards.
