By agreeing to the Terms & Conditions you are confirming that you or the intended recipient of the product are over 18 years old.

1:Prices
The prices payable for the products that you order are clearly set out on the web site. If by mistake, we have under-priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item concerned. All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated. The price of the items does not include the delivery charge which will be charged at the rates applicable on the date you place your order.

2: Minimum Order
There is no minimum order for ordering
3:Availability
If for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to supply a particular product or experience, we will notify you as soon as possible.
4:Delivery
We deliver only to addresses in mainland UK (England, Wales, Scotland) and Northern Ireland. For the avoidance of doubt, we do not deliver to the Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands. In addition, our couriers do not deliver to PO Box numbers.
5:Age Restriction
We will not sell to anyone who is not 18 years of age or over, as the law requires.
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
If you are buying a product/s as a gift – the recipient must also be over 18 years old.
If you are buying a gin experience or voucher for a gin experience, all attendees must be over 18 years of age. There is strictly no admittance to those under 18. We do not accept spectators at our experiences, all attendees must have booked a space prior to the booking date. We reserve the right to refuse admission if our staff believe the attendee may be intoxicated.
6:Order Cancellation
For non-bespoke/personalised goods – You may cancel your order at any time until 14 days after the goods are received for a full refund including standard delivery costs. If you have ordered next day/special delivery you will be refunded the cost of the standard delivery.
For bespoke/personalised goods – We cannot refund any orders, if products are broken in transit, or are faulty we will offer to replace them after assessing the issue.  For bespoke/personalised products we do not class flavour as an aspect that could be considered faulty, nor do we accept claims for design/artwork/print quality being faulty.

If you are booking a gin/rum experience, you may cancel your booking up to 14 days prior to the booked session, and obtain a full refund. If you are unable to attend the booked session you may move the booking up to 7 days prior to the booked session subject to availability. After this period, within 7 days of the booked session, we reserve the right to charge an administration fee for any changes. Missed sessions cannot be refunded or rebooked.

Bookings for gin/rum sessions that will take place sooner than 14 days from the booking date are still bound by the same cancellation policies as all other bookings

Bookings for gin/rum sessions that will take place sooner than 7 days from the booking date are still bound by the same cancellation policies as all other bookings

Please note that if you are more than 15 mins late for your session we may not be able to accommodate you and we will not be able to offer a refund.

We reserve the right to cancel the session if due to severe adverse weather, damage or closure of the premises, or other unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to operate.
If you wish to cancel an order/experience you must notify us in writing via email to info@devondistillery.com Unless you have received a written acknowledgement from us that we have received your request to cancel, you cannot consider your request delivered.  You must notify us within 14 days of receiving goods or for gin/rum sessions by the times mentioned above.
7:Returns
We will provide a full refund or replacement of any products that are faulty. We must be notified of damaged or faulty products within 3 working days of receipt. We may require the faulty products to be returned to us. We will arrange this as necessary.
8:Claims for Breakages
Upon receipt of your order, the order should be carefully inspected to make sure that it is intact and in full. The courier must be informed of breakages or shortages at the time of delivery. We will not accept any claims for breakages or shortages unless they are stated on the courier’s documentation. We must have confirmation of these breakages or shortages within 3 working days of delivery.
9:Payment
You can pay for Products and Experiences purchased from DevonDistilery.com by using Credit or Debit cards via Stripe or by PayPal.
Payment in full will be taken at the time of order.
10:Product Information, Intellectual Property etc.
We endeavour to advertise our products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of information provided on our website about Products, such as photographs, images and descriptions of the Products.
Devon Distillery Ltd retains ownership of all Intellectual Property including but not limited to any recipes developed on the premises or under the Licences of Devon Distillery Ltd.
11: Access
Whilst there is disabled access to the Devon Gin School at Dartington, we need to be notified of any disabled attendees as alternative equipment will need to be arranged.
12:Governing Law
Your use of this website and any purchase by you on this website will be governed by English Law and will be deemed to have occurred in the United Kingdom.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
